STRAPX is pleased to welcome you to its website STRAPX.fr
(hereinafter referred to as the "Site").
These general terms and conditions of sale govern exclusively the sale of products offered on the Site. They are systematically accessible on the Site by the Customer when the order is placed.
En conséquence, le fait de passer une commande implique l'adhésion entière et sans réserve du Client à ces conditions générales de vente à l'exclusion de toutes autres conditions présentes dans des prospectus, catalogues émis par STRAPX.
These terms and conditions are governed by French law, including the Loi pour la confiance dans l'économie numérique (law no. 2004/575 of June 21, 2004).
In the absence of express acceptance by STRAPX, any condition to the contrary on the part of the Customer will be unenforceable against STRAPX, regardless of when it may have been brought to STRAPX's attention. The fact that STRAPX does not take advantage of any of the present general conditions of sale at a given time shall not be interpreted as a waiver of the right to take advantage of any of the said conditions at a later date.
STRAPX makes every effort to ensure that the information published on this Site is accurate and up-to-date, and reserves the right to correct the content at any time without notice. If a condition is lacking, it will be considered to be governed by the French laws and customs in force for distance selling.

Article 1. Purpose
The purpose of the present conditions is, on the one hand, to inform any potential purchaser of the terms and conditions under which the company MONSIEUR ANDRIAN MARITOI, registered with the R.C.S. of Paris under number A 843 631 995, whose registered office is located at 14 BD GOUVION ST CYR 75017 PARIS - France, (hereinafter referred to as "STRAPX") as seller proceeds with the sale and delivery of STRAPX items ordered on the website www. STRAPX.fr; and secondly, to define the rights and obligations of the Parties in connection with the sale of products by STRAPX to any natural person who is not a merchant, is of legal age and has full legal capacity (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer"). They apply without restriction or reservation to all sales of products offered by STRAPX on the Site.
Article 2. Products
2.1 Product features
The products offered for sale online are those presented on the Site. They are described and reproduced by STRAPX on the Site as accurately as possible. The information provided on the product sheet includes the essential characteristics of the products (color, description, composition, size) and their price including VAT.
However, STRAPX draws the Customer's attention to the fact that photographs cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered for sale, particularly with regard to colors.
Differences may result from the color quality of photographs, the difficulty of rendering materials on the screen or, but not exhaustively, from technical adaptation. These differences cannot be interpreted as defects of conformity, which would result in the cancellation of the sale.
STRAPX cannot be held liable for any obvious error or insignificant omission between the characteristics of the product and its representation and/or description.
Product offers and prices appearing on the Site are valid as long as they appear on the Site, within the limit of available stocks.
2.2 Product availability
Products are offered for sale while stocks last. Only products listed on the Site on the day the Customer consults it are offered for sale. Thus, when placing an order, the Customer is informed of the availability of the selected Product. In the event of unavailability of a Product, STRAPX undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible by e-mail and to indicate, where applicable, the estimated waiting time for delivery of the Product. The Customer may confirm the order or request a refund of the product at the invoiced price.
- Preparation and delivery costs will be reimbursed to the Customer if the latter confirms cancellation of the entire order.
- Preparation and delivery costs will remain payable by the Customer if the latter confirms delivery of one or more other available products forming part of the same order.
Article 3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes including VAT and excluding preparation and delivery costs, which vary according to the country concerned. The prices indicated include the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Should the VAT rate be modified, this will automatically be reflected in the price of the items. The flat-rate contribution to preparation and delivery costs is communicated to the Customer on the order summary page, before the order is validated.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. Any dispute on this point will be settled within the framework of a possible "exchange/refund" as detailed below.
STRAPX reserves the right to modify prices and product descriptions at any time, particularly in the event of an increase in charges or VAT rates, and/or in the event of a typographical or obvious error. However, products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is registered, except in the event of an obvious error. Despite STRAPX's vigilance, pricing errors may occur on the Site for any reason whatsoever (computer bug, manual error, technical error, etc.). If orders have been placed at incorrect or obviously derisory prices (low prices), the orders will be cancelled, even if they have been validated by STRAPX. STRAPX will then inform each Customer concerned as soon as possible, so that they may, if they wish, place their order again at the correct price.
Article 4. Order / Payment
4.1 Customer number
All customers must complete the fields provided to create their customer profile and obtain their personal login details. Any loss or omission of these identifiers must be reported to STRAPX as soon as possible by contacting Web Customer Service.
To place an order, the Customer must fill in a registration form, including the information required for identification:
- Valid e-mail address and password of the Customer's choice (confidential and personal) for identification on the Site.
- personal data marked with an asterisk, obligatory and necessary for the processing of invoices and the delivery of orders.
It is important that the Customer fills in the form as accurately as possible in order to avoid any error or incidence in the dispatch of the item(s) ordered. The data recorded on this Site are exclusively intended for STRAPX or its partners in the event of express acceptance by the Customer under the conditions set out below.
4.2 Order registration
Any Customer wishing to place an Order selects the Product(s) of his/her choice by clicking on "Add to my basket". At the end of this step, a summary page corresponding to the Order form appears on the screen, allowing the Customer to make any changes and then validate by clicking on "Place Order".
To validate the order, the customer must read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and expressly accept them by ticking the appropriate box.
4.3 Order validation
The purchaser guarantees STRAPX that he/she has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen for his/her order, at the time the Order is registered. By validating the shopping basket, the summary order form and accepting the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Customer gives his/her consent to proceed to the order validation and payment stage. The price due by the Customer is the amount indicated on the summary order form, which the Customer has read before validating his order. This validation implies express acceptance of all operations carried out on the Site.
All orders placed on the Site are paid for exclusively online using one of the following credit cards: CB, Visa, Mastercard.
The Order is taken into account only after entry of the credit card number, its expiry date and the cryptogram number (3-digit number on the back of the credit card) for payment. This payment is subject to final validation by the GIE carte bancaire. The card is debited when the order is dispatched. Paypal is debited when the order is placed. The card is debited when the order is placed.
In all cases, the online provision of the credit card number and the final validation of the Order will constitute proof of the completeness of the order in accordance with the provisions of the law of March 13, 2000 and will constitute payment of the sums incurred by the seizure of the items appearing on the order form.
4.4 Payment security
STRAPX uses the Stripe secure payment service, which incorporates the SSL security standard. Confidential data (card number, expiry date) are transmitted encrypted directly to the Stripe server and are not transmitted to our server at any time. The Stripe server itself is directly connected to the servers of the banks in each country concerned.
4.5 Preventing payment fraud :
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Customer accepts the terms and conditions and formalities relating to the prevention of payment fraud described below.
Information relating to the order placed by the Customer online on the Site is subject to automated data processing by Stripe (PCI certification), with whom STRAPX has concluded an agreement for this purpose.
The sole purpose of this automated processing of personal data is to define a level of analysis for a transaction and to combat payment fraud.
Stripe may request the Customer to provide proof of identity, billing address, delivery address and means of payment. Should the Customer fail or refuse to provide the requested proof, STRAPX may refuse the order in question. The delay in transmitting the requested supporting documents may delay shipment and delivery of the products ordered.
Stripe and STRAPX are the sole recipients of data relating to the Customer's order. The occurrence of an unpaid invoice for the sole reason of fraudulent use of a bank card will automatically result in the registration of the details relating to the order in a computerized file implemented by Stripe.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, customers have the right to access, rectify and object to all their personal data at any time by writing to Stripe, providing proof of their identity.
4.6 Order acknowledgement
The final validation of the Order occurs after validation of the payment.
An e-mail confirming the Order and payment will be sent to the Customer, confirming its registration with a summary of all the information already communicated, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the withdrawal form.
4.7 Order tracking
Details and tracking of the delivery of each order can be consulted at any time on the Site, in "my account" after the Customer has identified himself with his e-mail address and password.

The transfer of ownership and the execution of these terms and conditions of sale apply solely to the Customer who placed the order.
