The right to object: The right to object on grounds relating to your particular situation to the processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interests. 4.2 Data retention period
The length of time we keep your data depends on the purpose for which it was collected. If this purpose is fulfilled, your data will be archived, deleted or made anonymous (in particular for statistical purposes).

STRAPX may transfer your personal data to judicial and police authorities, regulatory authorities, public bodies or third-party companies in order to comply with a court order, subpoena, summons, search warrant or any other legal or regulatory obligation or request. Such transfer may also be made for the purposes of fraud protection or the investigation of possible offences.
4.4 Data security
STRAPX has taken all reasonable precautions to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the personal data it processes, and to prevent it from being distorted, damaged, destroyed or accessed by unauthorized third parties. Technical and organizational security measures have been put in place for this purpose.
STRAPX does not, however, control all the risks associated with the operation of the Internet and draws the attention of Internet users to the existence of possible risks inherent in its use and operation.

5. COOKIES AND LOG FILES
5.1 What is a cookie?
A cookie is a text file that may be stored in a dedicated space on the hard disk of your electronic equipment when you use your browser to consult an online service. 5.2 Cookies issued on the Site

5.5 If you share the use of your terminal with others

6. MODIFICATION OF THE CHARTER

7. PERSONAL DATA POLICY RELATING TO MINORS
The Site is not intended for minors. Access to the Site is not prohibited, however, as it does not contain any content that is forbidden to minors under the age of 18.
