To make sure you don't make a mistake in choosing your Apple Watch band, you must take these two criteria into account:

Part I: The size of your Apple Watch case (listed on the back of your watch)

Part II: Your wrist size (explained below)

To measure your wrist, take a measuring tape, string or strip of paper.

Wrap your tape around where you typically wear your watch to measure your wrist. If you're using string or a strip of paper, mark where it overlaps itself. Once you get the measurement, place the tape next to your ruler and measure the distance from the reference end to the pen mark.
